A walk without a shot list. A camera with no deliverable attached. This collection is a space for pictures that happen because someone took the time to look.
The sample sequence follows the visual conversation between people and the spaces they move through. Hard edges meet passing gestures. An ordinary corner becomes a composition for a second, then returns to being a corner.
The approach
Keep the frame simple. Wait for the human element. Leave room for uncertainty. A picture doesn’t need to explain the whole place to say something about being there.
An ongoing practice
A personal archive can hold the pictures that have no commercial home. The unfinished questions belong here too. Actual photographs, dates, and locations will replace these sample images.
